Physical Education

In PE lessons, specialist teachers expose students to activities that aim to develop their skills, knowledge, techniques and game strategies through cooperative and competitive tasks. Students will experience a diverse range of sports so that each may be encouraged and supported to follow their interests.

Each term, the PE department apply for Sporting Schools Government grants, which we utilize to bring in specialised instructors and sport-specific equipment. The school also encourages children to follow their interests and extend their skills by trialling for, and, if selected, playing in School Sport SA (SAPSASA) and interschool sports competitions.
