Report an Absentee

Please note: For planned absences, such as family holidays, travel or social events, exemption forms should be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the absence wherever possible.

For unplanned absences, such as illness where a medical certificate is not provided, families will be asked to complete an exemption form once the absence exceeds 5 consecutive school days.
