Nailsworth’s Great Cookie Competition

Bake it. Bring it. Taste it. Vote for it.

As part of our 150 years school fair, our OSHC are running a very special Community Cookie Competition.

We are on the hunt for Nailsworth’s BEST COOKIE

🍪 Important Dates – Registration & Cookie Drop-Off
Online Registrations Close
All Cookie Competition registrations must be completed online no later than Friday 16 October 2026.

Cookie Drop-Off
All registered Cookie Competition entries must be delivered to:
Nailsworth Primary School – Front Office
2 Balfour Street, Nailsworth

Cookies may be dropped off from:
Monday 19 October 2026
and must be received no later than Wednesday 21 October 2026.

What to Bring
Each entrant must provide a minimum of 25 cookies:

22 cookies for community tasting and the People’s Choice Vote
3 cookies for the Official Judging Panel

All cookies must be delivered in a clean, sealed container or box, clearly labelled with:

Entrant’s full name
Name of the cookie
Competition category – Junior or Open
Full ingredient list
Allergen information

Please note: Only entries that have been registered by Friday 16 October and delivered by Wednesday 21 October will be included in the competition.
The Cookie Competition will take place as part of the Nailsworth Primary School 150 Years Fair on Saturday 24 October 2026 at approximately 2:30pm.

Photography, Video, Name & Promotional Consent

Cookie Email Post-event

As part of the Nailsworth Primary School 150 Years Fair Cookie Competition, photographs and video footage may be taken during the competition and presentations.

Entrants may also be identified when competition results are announced and promoted.

For entrants under 18, this permission must be provided by a parent/carer.

Photography & Video Consent

I give permission for photographs and/or video footage of me/my child participating in the Cookie Competition to be taken and used by Nailsworth Primary School for purposes associated with the 150 Years Fair, including school communications, website, social media and promotional material.

Name Consent

I give permission for my/my child's name to be used in connection with the Cookie Competition, including the public announcement and promotion of competition results, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, People's Choice and any other competition awards.

Post-event Publication

I understand that photographs/video, entrant names and competition results may be published or shared after the event as part of the promotion and celebration of the Nailsworth Primary School 150 Years Fair.

Business Entries

For businesses or organisations:

I give permission for the business/organisation name and supplied logo to be displayed and used in connection with the Cookie Competition, including competition displays, announcements, results, website, social media and promotional material.
